Development of High Unsaturated Chicken Oil/TLRI

The technology is the processing conditions, including heating, filtering, purifying,and separating by physical treatment, of abdominal chicken fat. Chicken fat as usually a discarded waste could be utilized effectively, at lower and the waste treatment cost. By applying this technology, the unsaturated fatty acid content of the liquid chicken oil product is higher than 65%, and the smoke point is as high as 210 C. The liquid chicken oil can be used for salad or dipping dressing, and are also suitable for varied cooking,even the deep-fry cooking.
