活動介紹

此次論壇邀請馬來西亞清真產業發展機構副總經理Hairol Ariffein Sahari、韓國穆斯林聯合會主席Cho Min Haneg(Ahmad)、馬來西亞國際伊斯蘭大學教授Irwandi Jaswir，來台分享清真商機的機會與挑戰。馬來西亞清真產業發展機構為其政府於2006年成立，專注清真價值產業鏈，包含原料產地、製造加工、研發創新及行銷等，為該國官方清真單位，協助執行國家清真相關政策及業務；韓國穆斯林聯合會韓國最早的穆斯林組織，1967年由韓國穆斯林協會改為韓國穆斯林聯合會，由國家協助建立首爾中央清真寺，目前負責韓國清真食品認證及相關服務；馬來西亞國際伊斯蘭大學為馬來西亞政府1983年主辦與多個國家協辦國際性的大學，致力成為國際間穆斯林社會的教育中心。

同時由論壇計畫主持人商研院副院長張皇珍、深耕農產品行銷多年的國立中興大學退休教授李皇照，擔任國內專題演講講者，以及多家臺灣優秀廠商主管分享過去執行經驗，包含以各式沖調營養補充飲品和即食穀物加工製品的鈺統穀物，及研發出將近100種口味並銷售至全球，已拓展至印尼、新加坡、杜拜、巴勒斯坦、科威特、巴林等多個清真市場的司麥爾食品，提供各品牌廠商多元觀點進入清真市場，推廣近年受到高度矚目的「清真認證」 (Halal Certification) ，協助臺灣相關廠商打入消費力快速崛起的東南亞及西亞穆斯林市場。

Council of Agriculture(COA), Executive Yuan and Commerce Development Research Institute(CDRI), the national-level inventive tank for service industry, would hold "2019 International Halal Certification and Musque Food Promotion Forum" at NTUH International Convention Center on 17 July in Taipei.

We invite three international experts in halal market sector as speakers, including Mr. Hairol Ariffein Sahari, the vice president of Malaysia Halal Industry Development  Corporation(HDC), Mr. Cho Min Haneg(Ahmad ), the chairman of Korea  Muslim Federation, and Dr. Irwandi Jaswir, the professor of International Islamic University Malaysia. 

Furthermore, we have CDRI vice president, Hwang-Jen Chang and Professor Emeritus of National Chung Hsing University Marketing Department, Hwang-Jaw Lee as Taiwan speakers. We also gather some Taiwan excellent firms, Goldencrops Company and Taiwan Smile Food to share their experience about halal certification and strategies for international halal business. By their sharing in this ceremony, COA and CDRI hope to promote Taiwan fisherman groups and agriculture and aquaculture product companies to rapidly enter developing halal market.
